NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
- As a trusted production partner to our customers, our job is not just producing parts. More importantly, our job is to design processes to produce the components entrusted to us by our customers. These processes must be designed to:
- Meet budget for both setup and cycle times
- Ensure output flows through production and inspection departments at the rate required by customers
- Ensure repeatability of production, with ease for all trained employees
- To assist in these goals, Brotech has recently developed a proprietary stage-gate system to ensure all internal quality and engineering steps are performed, and to offer sufficient oversight to management and ultimately to customers.
